Installation System integration
The Bently Nevada Seismoprobe velocity sensor system is designed to measure absolute (relative to free space) vibration of bearing housings, casings, or structures. The dual line system consists of transducers and appropriate cables.
The Seismoprobe series speed sensor adopts a dual line design, utilizes dynamic coil technology, and provides a voltage output proportional to the sensor vibration speed. Unlike solid-state speed sensors (which are inherent)
Acceleration sensors with embedded integrated electronic components have low sensitivity to impact or pulse excitation, and can be an ideal choice for certain applications. Additionally, as they do not require an external power source, they are convenient for portable measurement applications.
Note: For most installations, Bentley Nevada's Velomitor * speed sensor series uses solid-state technology to provide higher performance and durability for casing speed measurement applications.
Bently Nevada 200132 pressure sensor is designed for general purposes, with the help of our Trendmaster? Static pressure measurement results using Pro data acquisition hardware. It has an interface to connect to 200130 flexiTIM, featuring a strong stainless steel construction and the ability to be used in various pressure ranges.
Bently Nevada 200136 Seal Leakage Detection (SLD) Sensor
Bently Nevada 200136 SLD combines highly reliable proximity probe technology to detect changes in static pressure by observing a moving diaphragm to detect non pressure ends between single or double seals, or between front and back or double seals. The pressure change indicates a faulty seal. This sensor is specially designed to complement our 200135 TIM as a component of the Trendmaster Pro system, for continuous monitoring of operating pumps handling toxic or flammable materials in the chemical and hydrocarbon processing industries.
Bently Nevada Gas Turbine Combustion Instability Sensor
The Bently Nevada 3500/64M dynamic pressure monitor is specially designed to monitor combustion chamber pressure oscillations indicative of combustion instability ("buzzing") in gas turbines. By using our 350500 interface module, various pressure sensors * designed for these applications can be used in conjunction with the 3500/64M.
Note: GE provides 145664 pressure sensors and related extension cables for applications up to 500F (260C), which are typically sufficient for installing sensors away from the combustion chamber using isolated pipelines. When installing sensors directly on the combustion chamber, a higher temperature range is usually required, as well as various third-party sensors and cables that are compatible with both the 350500 charge amplifier and the 3500/64M monitor module.
