This interface board is the front-end sampling core of UNITROL excitation closed-loop control system. Multi-channel independent analog input circuit separately access generator terminal voltage, stator current and grid bus voltage signals; built-in isolation transformer and RC filter circuit effectively eliminate power-frequency clutter and ground loop interference, prevent high-voltage surge from damaging rear main control module.

After signal conditioning, analog quantity is converted into standard low-level signal for upper CPU to calculate excitation output pulse; meanwhile feeds sampling data to LDSYN-101 synchronization board for phase/voltage/frequency sync detection. Standard plug-in structure supports direct swap replacement without cabinet rewiring, mainstream original spare for old UNITROL cabinet upgrade & breakdown replacement.
